Privacy policy of Viking 2 sp. z o.o. sp. k. as a service provider from 11th of september 2020.

1. General information

  • privacy policy sets the rules for processing and protecting personal information connected with using administrators website
  • user is defined as an individual asking about or ordering a service from an administrator
  • The Administrator of Personal Data within the meaning of regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament from 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“RODO”) L 119/40 PL Official Journal of the European Union 04.05.2016.   • The scope, purpose and duration of the processing of personal data are set forth further in the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of data processing

  • The User entrusts the processing of personal data to the Administrator for the purpose of using the Administrator’s websites and handling his/her inquiry and/or order placed via the contact form, including sending to user requested personalized commercial information. The User may also optionally consent in the contact form to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes as described in Section 6.
  • By providing a phone number, the user agrees to be contacted via telephone for purposes indicated in the paragraph above.
  • By providing an email address, the User agrees to be contacted by email for the purposes indicated in point 1.
  • Consent for the processing of personal data in the contact form is required. Lack of consent makes it impossible to handle an inquiry/order placed via the contact form.
  • Consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes is optional. Without the User’s consent, his/her data will not be processed for that purpose.

3. Scope of data processing

  • – User data collected under this Privacy Policy includes some or

all of the following:

– first and last name,

– phone number,

– e-mail address,

– IP addresses,

– NIP number

  • – The scope of data processing referred to above also includes making backups
  • The administrator uses cookies to ensure proper operation of the website, in particular to adjust the content of the website pages to the user’s preferences and optimize the use of the website pages. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the user’s device

(such as: device type, screen resolution, country from which the page is being accessed) and thus appropriately display the website adapted to the user’s needs.

  • For analytical purposes, the Administrator uses Google Analytics, which collects information about users’ behavior on our site through cookies. You can delete your data related to cookies – check “Cookies Policy” for details.
  • The user can independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing the user’s device by cookies. User can do that using the settings of the Internet browser. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about each time cookies are placed on the user’s device.   • The user can delete cookies at any time by using the available functions in the web browser they are using
  • Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the website.

4. Rights of the User whose data we process

  • The User has the right to:
  • – Access to their personal data,
  • – correction of personal data,
  • – deletion of personal data,
  • – limiting the processing of their personal data,
  • – transfer their personal data,
  • – objection to the processing of personal data.

  • The Administrator shall carry out the User’s request without delay, provided that the deletion, restriction, transfer and objection to the processing of data may affect the ability or scope of proper handling of the submitted inquiry/order, including the delivery of personalized commercial information to the User.

5. Period of processing of personal data by the Administrator

  • The Administrator shall store the users’ personal data no longer than it is necessary to handle the inquiry/order placed, including preparing a personalized buisness offer, and to enable the Administrator to perform its obligations. After this time, the data is stored only for the purpose of securing the assertion of claims. We would like to remind you that at any time users may request deletion of their data.

6. Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • The Personal Data Administrator obliges to take security measures for the processing of personal data to the extent specified by Law, and in particular to:
  • – securing the data against unauthorized access, taking by an unauthorized person, alteration, damage or destruction,
  • – to allow only people authorized by him to process personal data,
  • – To ensure control over the correctness of the processing of personal data,
  • to keep records of people authorized to process personal data, to exercise special care to ensure that people authorized to process such data keep them confidential, including, but not limited to by informing them of the legal consequences of violating the confidentiality of the data and acquisition of declarations obliging to keep the data confidential,
  • maintaining the documentation required by law describing the manner of processing the entrusted personal data and the technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processing of such data, including in particular: Register of Data Processing Processes, Personal Data Security Policy and Instructions for the Management of the Information System used to Process Personal Data,
  • Ensure that IT and telecommunications devices and systems used to process personal data comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration from April 29, 2004 on the documentation of processed personal data and technical and organizational conditions to which the devices and systems responsible for that should conform.

Cookies Policy

  • Our Service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
