Finally, the application facilitates off-site duties by allowing the downloading of various order templates from InfoPieka; in addition, it is also a good tool for communication via email or FTP.

Drivers can use this mobile attribute to place orders for related customers, generate proof of returns or record payment for goods. They can also easily correct and edit a placed order. Using this application, it is also possible to control the allocated route or determine the percentage of customer returns and individual assortments. Sales representatives, on the other hand using this programme for bakeries and pastry shops can, of course, create an order for a customer in the system.

They will also have real-time access to the billing status or view the company’s current inventory, and will be able to determine the percentage of contractor returns. Using InfoPiek Mobile, owners of the entire business can easily create order templates taking into account an overview of the contractor’s history. The orders they create will be generated in real time. They will also have access to a sales representative’s or driver’s reported possible debt of a given customer or contractor.
